Membership Guidelines 🚀

Qualification : Filipino citizens of legal age and with capacity to contract.

Regular Members

✓ Completed the prescribed pre-membership education training;
✓ Undertake to uphold the By-laws, Policies, Guidelines, Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors and the General Assembly;
✓ Membership fee of Php500.00 with 1 year coverage of Accident insurance;
✓ Minimum Share Capital Requirements: Subscribed at least Ten (10) shares and pay the value of at least Php1,000.00.

Associate Members

✓ Completed the prescribed pre-membership education training;
✓ Undertake to uphold the by-laws, policies, guidelines, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors and General Assembly;
✓ Relatives and business partners of Healthexcel Marketing Corp. regular members;
✓ Membership fee of Php500.00 with 1 year coverage of Accident Insurance;
✓ Minimum Share Capital Requirements: Subscribed at least Five (5) shares and pay the value of at least Php500.00.
